Celebrating her 18th birthday in style, Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in Studio City, California last night (November 23).
Reportedly joined by her on-again-off-again boyfriend Liam Hemsworth (not pictured), the “Hannah Montana” babe looked a bit weary of the paparazzi as she rushed off into the night. In related news, Miley received some advice from her gal pal Taylor Swift for her birthday festivities. The “Should’ve Said No” songstress tweeted her, “Happy Birthday Miley. Your 18 [sic]. Not 21. Just remember that. :-)”
