We Were Told That Teen Star Demi Lovato Got Into A Physical Altercation With A Camp Rock 2 Dancer.
However We Were Also Told That Demi Had An Arguement With Co-star Joe Jonas About The Whole "Engaged To A Fan" Story.
After All That Happened, Demi Was Emotionally Torn Apart And Rushed To The Hospital For Help, With Nick Jonas By Her Side.
